1Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "d9999" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated at d9999.cam and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and services.
• "Player" or "you" refers to any registered account holder or visitor using d9999 services.
• "Account" refers to the individual player account registered on d9999 through which gaming activity, deposits, withdrawals, and bonuses are managed.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of real-money funds denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) held in a Player's d9999 Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free bet credits, or free spins granted to a Player by d9999 that are subject to separate wagering conditions and are distinct from real-money Balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds or a deposit amount must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility is conferred.
• "Agreement" refers collectively to these Terms and Conditions, the d9999 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform.

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing d9999.cam, registering a d9999 Account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotional activity on the Platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the d9999 platform and close your account if one has been registered. Continued use of the Platform following any published update to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on d9999, you must register an account. Registration is subject to the following conditions:

• d9999 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

Following registration, you will be required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before your first withdrawal can be processed. KYC verification requires submission of a government-issued identity document and, where applicable, proof of your registered payment method ownership.

4Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your d9999 Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. d9999 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

5Deposits & Payments

d9999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

• The minimum deposit amount on d9999 is Rs200 per transaction.
• d9999 does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are external to d9999 and are your responsibility.
• Mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your d9999 Account instantly. Bank transfers may take up to one business day to reflect in your Balance depending on the processing schedule of the originating bank.
• d9999 reserves the right to request verification of a deposit — including documentation of source of funds — before crediting a deposit to your Account Balance, particularly for large deposits or where anti-money laundering (AML) indicators are present.
• Deposited funds used in gameplay are non-refundable once bets have been placed. Unused deposited funds (not subject to active bonus wagering) may be withdrawn in accordance with the Withdrawal policy set out in Section 6.

6Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from d9999 are processed subject to the following conditions:

• All withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used by the Player to make their most recent deposit, unless d9999 support has approved an alternative method in writing.
• d9999 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission, subject to successful KYC verification and the absence of any active bonus wagering requirements on the withdrawing Balance.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed if the Player has an outstanding wagering requirement attributable to active Bonus Funds in their Account. Real-money Balance in excess of active bonus conditions may be withdrawn freely.
• d9999 reserves the right to request additional documentation — including proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership — before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, or where AML review is required.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs500 per transaction. d9999 does not charge withdrawal processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• d9999 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, Terms violation, or regulatory compliance requirements necessitate further review.

7Bonuses & Promotions

d9999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each individual offer, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. General bonus terms applicable across all d9999 promotions are as follows:

• Bonuses are only available to players with a verified d9999 Account who have met the specific eligibility criteria stated in the offer.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all d9999 bonuses are subject to a minimum 30x wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount before any resulting funds become withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds that remain subject to incomplete wagering at the end of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• d9999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided such changes do not retrospectively affect bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered by players.
• Players found to be abusing d9999 bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic bonus exploitation strategies, or coordinated play with other players — will have bonus winnings voided and accounts reviewed for closure.

8Gameplay Rules

All games available on d9999 — including but not limited to live casino tables, slot games, Plinko, Blackjack, and sports betting markets — are subject to the individual game rules published within each game interface, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

• All d9999 RNG-based games use independently certified random number generation technology. Game outcomes cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by d9999, its staff, or any player.
• Live dealer games at d9999 use physical gaming equipment — real cards, real roulette wheels — operated by professional dealers in licensed studio environments. Game results are final as determined by the live dealing outcome.
• Sports betting odds on d9999 are determined by d9999's trading team and are subject to change prior to the event starting. Bets accepted prior to any odds change will be honoured at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement, except where a manifest error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical failure during gameplay that prevents normal completion of a game round or sporting event, d9999 will resolve the affected round in accordance with the relevant game provider's or sports betting provider's stated technical failure policy. d9999's determination in such cases is final.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL fixtures and international matches — are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant cricket governing body. Incomplete matches are settled in accordance with the rules applicable to the specific market type as stated on the d9999 sports betting platform.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on d9999. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance and Bonus Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one d9999 Account, whether under your own details or those of a third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games, place bets, or interact with the d9999 platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any d9999 game, including poker-style games and live dealer tables.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing errors in sports betting odds. Any winnings resulting from a manifest error are void and will not be paid.

10Responsible Gaming

• Age Restriction: d9999 is strictly for individuals aged 21 and above. We implement age verification measures and may request proof of age at any time.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their d9999 Account settings. Limit reductions take immediate effect; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.

11Intellectual Property

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the d9999 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any d9999 content without the prior written consent of d9999.
• The d9999 name, logo, and associated trademarks may not be used in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or association without express written authorisation from d9999.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, d9999's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with their use of the d9999 platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• d9999 shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the d9999 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from platform downtime or technical failure.
• d9999 is not responsible for any internet connectivity issues experienced by a player, nor for any data charges incurred by accessing the platform via mobile data networks.
• d9999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free platform operation and may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily restricts platform access. d9999 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

13Account Closure & Suspension

Either party may close a d9999 Account subject to the following conditions:

• Player-Initiated Closure: A Player may request account closure at any time by contacting d9999 support via live chat from within their account dashboard. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 24 hours of the closure request being processed.
• d9999-Initiated Suspension or Closure: d9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion — including in cases of Terms violation, suspected fraud, AML concerns, regulatory requirements, or player safety considerations — without prior notice. In such cases, d9999 will communicate the reason for closure to the Player to the extent permitted by law.
• Where d9999 closes an account due to a confirmed Terms violation — including bonus abuse, fraud, or use of prohibited software — any Balance or winnings associated with the violating activity may be forfeited.

14Amendments to Terms

d9999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to the Terms — including changes to bonus policies, withdrawal rules, or account eligibility criteria — will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required to reflect regulatory changes — may take effect immediately upon publication. The current version of the Terms and Conditions is always available at d9999.cam/terms-conditions and is identified by the version number and effective date displayed at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the d9999 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept a material amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.

15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which d9999 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising between a Player and d9999 in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be first referred to d9999's internal dispute resolution process, conducted via the Player's registered d9999 Account support channel.

d9999 commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and providing a substantive written response within 14 days. If the internal dispute resolution process does not produce a satisfactory resolution for the Player, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution body in accordance with the procedures established by that authority.

All legal proceedings relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be conducted exclusively in English. The English language version of these Terms and Conditions is the definitive version and shall prevail in any conflict with any translated version.
